Account Manager - Commercial HVAC
Company OverviewOur client is a leader in the commercial and industrial HVAC contracting business with multiple offices located throughout New York State. They are seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative for their Utica office. Qualified candidates must maintain the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
The overall responsibility of the Project Sales Representative is to develop, estimate, sell, organize, and manage commercial and industrial HVAC installation and retrofit projects. Project types will consist of both plan and spec and design-build. Technical knowledge in both the commercial and industrial HVAC trades is preferred.

Role:
As a Project Sales Representative, you will market the company to new and existing clients and develop turnkey solutions including estimating / proposal presentations for mechanical retrofit projects in commercial and industrial markets.

This position will be based out of Utica, NY . This is a full-time position that is available for immediate hire. A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that will include a base salary, aggressive commission plan, monthly auto allowance, and comprehensive benefits.
