- No Busy Tax Season! Instead of tax-heavy workloads, you'll focus on monthly accounting and advisory work for a variety of clients.

- Work-Life Balance. Enjoy flexible hours—typically 40 hours per week from January to April, then 30-40 hours per week from May to December, with some fluctuation as needed.
