Pay: $20+ per hour

Hours: 20-30 per week

Accounts Receivable

• Collect remittance information from customers.
• Post cash receipts in the system.
• Scan paper checks for mobile deposit.

Accounts Payable

• Review vendor statements against system for accuracy.
• Collect and enter vendor invoices into the system.
• Print, fold & apply postage to checks.
• Submit positive pay files for paper check payments.
• Approve positive pay exceptions.
• Create and maintain vendor file folders.

Accounting

• Assist with Month-End roll procedures.
• Assist with the Preparation of Month-End reports.
• Assist Accounting Manager with year-end financial audit.

Other

• File posted invoices.
• Open & sort incoming mail.
• Schedule FedEx overnight mail pickup.
• Assist other departments as needed.
