As a key member of the Division of Infectious Diseases and International Medicine in the Department of Medicine, you will play an essential role in supporting our dedicated faculty and contributing to the success of this fast-paced, innovative division.

Enjoy a flexible work environment with a hybrid schedule: work 2-3 days a week on the East Bank campus of the University of Minnesota, with the option to work remotely for the remaining days. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (must be documented on application/resume):
BA/BS or a combination of related education and work experience to equal 4 years
Prior administrative, operations, project management, project coordination, and/or clinical support experience
Applies knowledge and skill to recurring tasks or activity with emphasis typically on precision and timeliness of execution.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft and Google suites, with the drive to learn new systems, as needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to provide support in a professional manner, meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize projects
Perform responsibilities with a high level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
