Overview:

Pactiv Evergreen’s Supply Chain Planning organization continues to look for opportunities to further enhance the efficiency of its planning operations through standardization, process optimization and technology. As such, the Systems Optimization team was created to focus on how best to apply world class technologies to the overall Supply Chain Planning organization and its processes.

This role will further Supply Chain Planning’s initiative by focusing on the optimization of the incumbent Blue Yonder applications and identify areas in existing processes that would benefit from a systematic solution.

This is a hybrid position with Tuesdays and Wednesdays worked out of our corporate office in Lake Forest, IL.

Primary responsibilities:

• 
  Provide support for system related inquiries pertaining to the Blue Yonder applications and its interactions with other applications.
• Be able to interpret and articulate system outputs and convey those findings in a way that is easily digestible.
• Continuously work towards the highest level of data integrity through the use and development of audits.
• Diligently identify opportunities to refine/develop processes that are or would benefit from a systematic solution and act.
• Develop documentation and provide training for system related topics.
• Engage in system testing alongside the IT support team.
• Be able to understand and identify proper data sources and provide recommendations for report building.
• Must be confident in providing system support for company projects.
• Must quickly and effectively develop high levels of understanding for multiple business platforms and translate those into system capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 
  BA/BS degree preferred in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Computer Science or Data Analytics.
• 4+ years of experience in a planning environment (supply, demand, logistics).
• Experience with Blue Yonder, SAP, Power BI and Tableau preferred.
• Proficient in the MS suite of applications (Excel, Power point, Visio, Word)
• Must be able to handle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong Communication skills
