Job Description
A leader in the healthcare insurance space is actively hiring for an Application Administrator to automate their Care Management platform by building and configuring workflows within the system. This Application Administrator will configure survey forms, with complex branching logic, and integrate those workflows within the platform. This person will work with business stakeholders to analyze and translate their requirements into technical configuration specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare environment and familiarity with CRM automation tools such as workflow builders, rules engines and scripting.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience as a System or Application Administrator
5+ years of experience configuring and integrating CRM system workflows (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Jiva, or similar).
5+ years of experience translating business requirements and rules into technical specifications
Experience testing and troubleshooting rule-based automation errors
5+ years of experience working within a healthcare organization (Medicare/Medicaid is ideal) - Experience configuring JIVA platform
SQL experience
Experience with scripting tools or low-code/no-code automation tools null
