**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Auto Body Painter / Professional Prepper to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing vehicles for paint and applying refinishing materials to achieve a flawless finish. You will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicle aesthetics and quality, contributing to the overall success of our repair projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces as needed.
- Strip paint from vehicles using appropriate techniques and tools.
- Repair minor dents, scratches, and rust damage as part of the prepping process.
- Select and mix paint and coatings according to specifications.
- Apply primer, paint, and clear coat using spray guns and other application tools.
- Ensure high-quality finish by conducting final inspections and touch-ups.
- Follow safety standards and protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and operating equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continually improve skills and service.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive refinishing or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Painter or Professional Prepper (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Proficiency in using spray guns, sanders, and other painting equipment.
- Strong knowledge of paint mixing and color matching techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
