A great opportunity to work at a new all-seasons resort in Northern Catskills - Wylder Windham Hotel.

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and skilled person to become a part of our team for our Babbler's Restaurant. Our four-season resort will offer 110 hotel rooms, 1 restaurant, 1 Bakery with 20 acres of land alongside the Batavia Kill River, our family-friendly, all-season resort is filled with endless opportunities. This newly reimagined property offers banquet, wedding, and event facilities. We are looking for someone who is both willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard and has a desire to produce a first-class experience for our guests. Looking for applicants who are positive, upbeat, team-oriented, and a people person.

Must work weekends, nights, holidays and be flexible with schedule. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work a physical Labor Job.

Job Description:

• Bartender is responsible for providing a clean and pleasant dining experience at the bar 
• Welcome and greet customers
• Provide Guest with Specialty made cocktails, draft beer, well drinks, and canned drinks
• Food and Service drinks for bar guests
• Responsible for keeping bar stocked and having a list of items bar is low on
• Serve Guest in a courteous, efficient and professional manor
• Maintain a clean workstation
• Restocking / Refilling Liquor, Beer, Sodas, Juice, Ice and Glassware
• Emptying Garbage
• Mix all drinks according to the specified recipes (utilizing jiggers)
• Upsell and promote new menu items (food and drinks)
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
• POS System - Lightspeed

**$300 sign on bonus paid out after completing 90 days**
