Title: Benefits Coordinator
Compensation: $35/hr and $45 Bill Rate
Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite in Miami area (days may vary; additional onsite presence may be required during peak periods, such as August)
Duration: Initial 3-month contract, with potential month-to-month extension
Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Aligned Solutions is looking for a Benefits Coordinator for a well respected company. Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Coordinator to support the administration of employee benefit programs across the Americas region. This includes health, wellness, and retirement plans, as well as leave of absence and compliance processes. Flexibility may be available for start and end times for standout candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee benefits including enrollment, changes, terminations, and vendor billing across health, wellness, and retirement programs.
Provide benefits-related support and guidance to employees.
Support leave of absence processes including FMLA, ADA, Disability, and Workers’ Compensation, coordinating with third-party administrators and internal stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding benefits and leave policies.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and accurate benefits administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Background in health and retirement benefits administration.
Experience in either leave management (ADA/FMLA/etc.) or a strong focus in retirement plan administration.
Strong Excel skills and data management capability.
Knowledge of relevant HR laws and benefits compliance.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Able to reliably commute to the Miami office three times a week.
Qualifications:
College degree required.
Prior experience with benefits software/systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
