What You’ll Do

  • Design and lead individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs
  • Deliver engaging, parent-centered training to help families support their child’s success
  • Provide direct clinical services and hands-on supervision to BTs, RBTs, and interns
  • Monitor session data and documentation to ensure accuracy and clinical integrity
  • Collaborate with families and team members to set goals and track progress
  • Host regular team meetings and promote a culture of learning and excellence
  • Complete assessments and reports within established timelines
  • Maintain BACB compliance and uphold the highest ethical standards

What You Bring

  • Active   BCBA certification   in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care
