Assist with planning and execution of live marketing events , pop-up activations , and brand campaigns
Represent client brands at retail locations , community events , trade shows , and experiential activations
Engage with customers in-person to share brand messaging , product information, and promotions
Set up, manage, and tear down branded displays, signage, and marketing materials
Collect and report customer feedback and event performance data
Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals and KPIs
Learn and apply key concepts in marketing strategy , brand positioning , and consumer behavior
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with diverse groups
Energetic, professional, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment
Organized and able to multitask effectively under deadlines
Willingness to travel locally to various event locations
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications , Business , or related field (preferred, not required)
Background in customer service , retail , hospitality , or sales is a strong plus
