We are seeking a driven Call Center Rep / Appointment Setter to join our Sales Team! What We’re Looking For Our growing sales department is looking for ambitious, goal-oriented individuals to join our team. Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat.
Responding to Internet Lead requests promptly.
Be a liaison between customers and the service department.
Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects.
Must be comfortable with computer programs and smart devices.
Assist in generating reports and logs.

Requirements:

Call Center experience a plus.
Dealership experience preferred.
Automotive Service experience a plus.
Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills.
Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor.
Ability to follow instructions from the Business Development Manager.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Positive Attitude.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivation and self-sufficient.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Drive to succeed customer expectations.
