Caregiver Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Building trusting relationships with clients to ease effective care and support * Helping with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks * Aiding with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship * Ability to multi-task, self-directed, suitable time management skills, courteous, and common sense. * Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the patient. * Able to work independently. * Bring happiness and peace of mind to the elderly and those with disabilities * Document/report any changes in client's health status * Ensure client safety and well-being * Document and track job duties via electronic visit verification * Provide safety, oversight and supervision of clients to ensure their ability to continue to live at home Experience/Qualification * Previous experience preferred but not required. * Must be able to pass a mandatory criminal background check. * First Aid/CPR Certificate obtained prior to employment. (required) * Defensive Driving Certificate or obtained within the first month of employment. * 1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience (preferred) * Practices good hygiene and is neat in personal appearance (required) * Fluent in English- reading, writing, and speaking (required) * Successfully pass clearance and reference checks (required) * Able to obtain 2 step negative TB test and physical (required) Offered Benefits: * Company paid Life Insurance for full time employees * Dental and Vision Insurance Available * AFLAC Available * Flexible schedule to Suite your work and home life. * Opportunities to grow and move up in the company. Functional Abilities:

• Is able to carry bundles upstairs weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to stoop and bend.
• Must be able to travel to prospective Consumer' s place of residence.
• Must be able to hear and effectively communicate in English.
