• Work closely with management and the communications team to ensure clear and engaging communication with donors and supporters.
• Assist with the organization and coordination of fundraising and promotional events, providing support with planning, logistics, and on-the-day tasks.
• Maintain the donor database, ensuring accurate input and regular updates.
• Administer data entry, amendments, and run reports as required.
• Support the team with task prioritization and meeting deadlines.
• Keep updated on customer service best practices in the charitable sector.
• Introduce new ideas and contribute to the development of the role while taking ownership of assigned tasks.

Desired Attributes:

• Passion and enthusiasm for supporting charitable causes—prior experience in customer service or fundraising is a plus, but not required.
