We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Social Worker join this dedicated team as a Clinical Director. The Clinical Director will provide leadership, clinical oversight and clinical support. Some of the key responsibilities of this role:
* Clinical Support for patients
* Clinical oversight of the program
*Supervision and support for clinicians
* Staff development and training
*Ensuring compliance of all Clinical standards and regulations
*Scheduling
* Collaborate with other team members as it relates to the clinical service model.

Qualifications:


* An active MA license as a (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LADC1)
* Experience working in a leadership role
*Master's Degree required
