If you're an experienced group fitness professional who thrives in high-energy environments, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do:

• Bring the Energy: Lead engaging, results-driven group classes that inspire and challenge members of all fitness levels.
• Coach with Expertise: Ensure members use proper form and technique, providing guidance and modifications as needed.
• Inspire & Motivate: Create a positive, high-energy atmosphere that keeps members coming back for more.
• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with members, celebrating their successes and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Set the Tone: Represent the BFT brand with professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to excellence in every class.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Proven background in group fitness, with a track record of delivering exceptional results in a studio or gym setting.
• Certifications: Current fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar) and CPR/AED certification. Additional specialty certifications are a plus!
• Passion: A genuine love for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and exercise science, with the ability to provide safe and effective modifications.
• Leadership Skills: Confidence to lead a class, energize a group, and make every session unforgettable.
• Commitment: Availability to teach at least 10 classes per week, with flexible scheduling options for mornings, evenings, and weekends.
