We are seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Litigation Associate to join a leading national law firm in its Los Angeles office. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes commercial litigation matters in a collaborative, innovative, and dynamic environment.

In this position, you will:

• Conduct preliminary investigations and manage discovery processes.
• Prepare pleadings, draft dispositive motions, and communicate extensively with clients.
• Represent clients in mediations and participate in trials or arbitrations.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on complex commercial litigation matters.
• Work on real estate litigation matters, with opportunities to gain trial experience.

Candidate Profile

Experience and Expertise

• 35 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Experience in real estate litigation and trials is preferred but not required.

Educational Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from an accredited law school with strong academic performance.
• Bar Membership: Active California bar license or a commitment to obtaining one promptly.
