The Role: Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel | Phoenix, AZ or Remote
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel to join a nationally recognized law firm in its Phoenix office or virtual office, The Link. This role offers the opportunity to lead significant litigation matters, collaborate with a talented team of attorneys, and provide strategic counsel to clients within the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

In this position, you will:

• Manage and lead all phases of complex commercial litigation cases, including factual investigations, discovery, depositions, and pleadings.
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, administrative matters, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Argue motions, negotiate settlements, and provide strategic guidance to clients in high-stakes disputes.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents with attention to detail and strategic insight.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit to deliver innovative and client-focused solutions.
• Oversee and mentor junior attorneys, ensuring quality and efficiency in legal work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Candidate Profile

Experience and Expertise

• Years of Practice: Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Litigation Background: Strong experience in state and federal court, with additional exposure to administrative matters and arbitrations preferred.
• Bar Membership: Active Arizona bar license is required; bar admission in multiple states is preferred.

Educational Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
• Exceptional judgment and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
