Are you passionate about Computer Science and helping students succeed? We are looking for experienced educators and tutors to provide one-on-one or group instruction to students across the country. As a Computer Science Tutor, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in students' learning journeys while enjoying the flexibility of working from home!

Job Details:

Location: Virtual (work from the comfort of your home!)
Schedule: Mondays from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM PST
Compensation: Set your own hourly rate and negotiate on a per job basis
Platform: Provide instruction via an easy-to-use online platform connecting tutors with students nationwide

About the Role:

As a Computer Science Tutor, you will provide tailored tutoring sessions to students of various skill levels, focusing on key topics in Computer Science, including AP Computer Science concepts.
Whether working one-on-one or in a group, you'll engage students with interactive and dynamic lessons designed to make learning fun and effective.
We offer the flexibility for you to set your own schedule, manage your availability, and choose which tutoring opportunities you wish to accept.

Requirements:

Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred, especially in the field of Computer Science
Strong knowledge of AP Computer Science topics
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
A genuine passion for teaching and the ability to make learning enjoyable and engaging for students
Willingness to pass a background check, if required
