Forget the traditional front desk! Our concierges are the friendly faces of our luxurious, transaction-free seating area. You will introduce new clients to the Ritual experience, assist with studio upkeep, manage class logistics, and provide top-tier customer service—all in a high-energy, fast-paced environment filled with smiles and a lot of sweat.

What We Are Looking For:

We are searching for passionate individuals who:

• Have a love for yoga and a strong background in sales or merchandising.
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Bring flexibility, positivity, and strong decision-making skills to the table.
• Excel at delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Are available for part-time evening and weekend shifts.

What You Will Do:

• Welcome and assist clients in their Ritual journey.
• Address membership and billing questions with ease.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ambiance.
• Promote memberships and merchandise to clients.
• Give studio tours to prospective members.
• Ensure smooth class logistics in a high-energy setting.
