Royale Company, a leader in high-rise staffing solutions, is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Concierge/Front Desk Attendants. As the face of our company in upscale residential buildings, you will assist residents with various tasks and uphold our commitment to outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with package retrieval
• Maintain visitor logs
• Handle resident requests (e.g., cab reservations)
• Ensure the front desk area is well-kept

Skills Required:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliability and organization
• Professionalism and a friendly demeanor

Qualifications:

• No prior front desk experience required
• Demonstrated customer service experience preferred

Schedule:

• Full-Time: Sunday - Thursday
• Evening Shifts: 3pm-11pm
• Overnight Shifts: 11pm-7am

Pay:

• $18-$21/hr (based on experience)
