Learn more at . Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To - Assist with all phases of pool construction including excavation, plumbing, concrete work, steel installation, and jobsite cleanup
- Load and unload construction materials and tools
- Dig trenches, move materials, and prepare sites for various stages of the build
- Operate basic tools and assist skilled tradespeople as directed
- Maintain safety protocols and a clean work environment
- Support lead foremen and crew members with setup and breakdown of job sites
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and jobsite environments
- Adapt to a variety of tasks and responsibilities as needed each day
Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in masonry, concrete work, tile work, landscaping, or physical labor
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Must work well independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
- Comfortable with early start times and flexible jobsite locations

Schedule - Full-time | Monday to Friday
- 8-10 hour shifts, with occasional weekend work as needed
Work Location: - Travel to variable job sites across the region (residential and commercial)
- Start and end days at designated shop/staging areas
