We do have three branch locations and they are located in Sparta, Tomah, and West Salem, WI.

1st Community Credit Union is seeking applicants for the position of Consumer Loan Officer I (CLO). This is a full-time 40 hour a week position located in our Tomah office.

As a CLO, the expectation is to interview applicants for consumer loans and processing loan applications. You will be responsible for gathering background information and analyzing loan applicant's credit history. Normal day to day functions will be answering questions about consumer loans, determining collateral values, prepare member loan files, offer financial counseling to our members, recognize cross selling opportunities, and completing sales reports. At 1st CCU, we are a dynamic team where each member plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and helping the organization grow. This role has the chance to take on responsibilities beyond your main duties, including opportunities in other areas of the branch. Due to a collaborative team structure, you'll be expected to expand your skill set and gain valuable experience in different areas, whether it's supporting other team members, taking on cross-functional tasks, or getting involved in a special project. While your primary focus will be the Consumer Lending duties described above, this position offers the unique chance to develop and enhance a broad range of skills that can contribute to both your personal and professional growth. In addition to the normal day to day functions you will be promoting and evaluating a positive attitude, dedication to the communities we serve and team collaboration and courage.
