What You'll Do:

✅ Engage in active listening, confirm details, and effectively manage difficult conversations.
✅ Make personalized product or service recommendations to meet client needs.

What We're Looking For:
✔️ 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience.
✔️ High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent business experience preferred).
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔️ Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
✔️ A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
✔️ Strong time management and organizational skills.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
