Job Title: Contracts Coordinator

Job Type: Temporary (3 months)

Pay Range: $28.00–$31.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Contracts Coordinator to support our sales operations in a fast-paced call center environment. This role involves supporting outside sales teams, managing service contracts, and assisting with customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing clients and qualified leads.
• Prepare and send service quotes and agreements to customers by required deadlines.
• Support assigned field sales representatives with administrative and customer-related tasks.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline through prospecting and lead follow-up.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Deliver online presentations to potential clients as needed.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Log customer feedback and feature requests for internal tracking.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities and progress.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
• Follow internal policies, service standards, and compliance guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service contract administration or a related role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with general computer applications.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Professional, goal-driven, and adaptable.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in outbound sales or teleprospecting environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to support a field-based sales team.
