Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage customer-facing quotations and ensure timely processing of Tier I quoting requests.
  • Communicate with the sales team via email, MS Teams, and General Mailbox (GMB).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and marketing programs.
  • Provide pre-deal support for Dispensing contract requests and assist field teams with contract-related tasks.
  • Implement contracting and pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with our policies.
  • Oversee contract review and approval workflows, collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Tier II Contracts teams.
  • Facilitate non-standard pricing and offering requests.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain high professional standards.

Experience Required

  • High School Diploma OR associate\'s degree with 5+ years of business experience OR Bachelor\'s Degree with 2+ years of business experience.
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce (SF.com) is a plus.
  • Understanding of commercial contract management, including pricing and policy development.

Skills & Certifications

  • Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibilities & qualifications

  • High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant business experience.
  • Experience in contract management, quoting, and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
