Job Description


We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service-Order Processor to support our client's manufacturing operations in Manalapan, NJ . This role focuses on order processing, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer orders, and providing excellent support throughout the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP or other CRM systems and work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure customer needs are met.  If interested, we would be excited to connect and discuss this opportunity in more detail.

Schedule: Monday - Friday – 9 am-5 pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP or a similar CRM/order management system.
  • Confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and update order status, providing timely communication to customers.
  • Generate order-related documents such as confirmations, packing slips, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle order changes, returns, and delivery issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records and order history.
  • Support the resolution of customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and product availability checks.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is an asset.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or order entry role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, or another CRM/order management system.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience working with production and logistics teams is an asset.
