Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and providing excellent customer service? We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service / Ticket Agent to join our team in Londonderry, NH!

What You'll Do:
Welcome and assist travelers, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
Process ticket sales quickly and accurately using a Windows-based system.
Answer customer inquiries, provide travel information, and direct passengers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized terminal environment.
Handle cash transactions and manage a cash drawer with accuracy.
Work independently while also collaborating with team members when necessary.

Tech-savvy - Comfortable using computers and have basic keyboarding skills.
Detail-oriented - Able to multitask in a busy setting while staying accurate.
Team player - Works well independently but also thrives in a collaborative environment.
Reliable & flexible - Availability for weekend and holiday shifts is required.
Problem solver - Quick thinker who can handle various customer situations with patience and professionalism.
Bilingual skills are a plus!

Position Details:
Part-time: 20-25 hours per week (3-4 shifts per week).
Shift availability: Afternoon/evening shifts (11:00 AM - 6:15 PM).
Weekend & holiday availability required.
Pay: Up to $17 per hour, with an increase after 90 days.
Benefits: Paid time off based on hours worked.
