Job Description

We are seeking two detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to assist a healthcare organization on a 6-8 week contract. This remote role requires individuals who can work independently with precision and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

Review a high volume of medical evaluations for accuracy.
Input information into an existing database with care and precision.
Collaborate with internal staff to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
Interpret medical terminology and shorthand within evaluations.
Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Dynamics.
Preferred Skills and Experience:

Familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle files efficiently.
Experience in handling email correspondence is a plus.
Proven ability to type with a high degree of accuracy.
Previous experience in the education or healthcare sector is desirable.
Position Details:

Start Date: Monday, January 6th
Duration: 6-8 weeks (contract)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time
Shift options: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
