Job Description

We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to join a healthcare organization on a 6-8 week contract. This is a fully remote opportunity starting Monday, January 6th, with full-time hours Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities:
Review and process a large volume of medical evaluations.
Accurately enter information into an existing database.
Communicate effectively with internal staff.
Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Interpret medical terminology and shorthand in evaluations.
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of precision.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience reading and understanding medical terminology and shorthand is highly desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
Previous experience in data entry with proven accuracy and speed.
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle email correspondence.
Excellent organizational skills for managing files and records efficiently.
Fast and accurate typing abilities.
A background in the education or university sector is a plus.

Duration: Contract, 6-8 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time (8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM)
