We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure smooth operations, including weekend coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a dental office open 7 days a week.
• Manage and coordinate schedules for staff and patients, including weekends.
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Supervise administrative and clinical staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and support as needed.
• Handle billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable.
• Implement and maintain compliance with dental regulations and HIPAA guidelines.
• Develop strategies to improve office efficiency, team morale, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar leadership role in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with dental software systems (Dentrix).
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to align with office operations.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

Schedule:

• Full-time position with flexibility required for weekend shifts.
• Office hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.
