In this role, you will be the key link between our products and our valued customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries that make a difference in their day. Your responsibilities will include making product deliveries, picking up cases from customers, and efficiently managing loads to guarantee smooth deliveries. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate delivery documentation and obtaining proof of delivery from customers.
We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented and committed to excellent customer service. The role requires you to account for any breakages, overages, and shortages, and to complete all required paperwork meticulously. You will need to adhere to company policies and work rules, ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations.
