Position Summary:

The Energy Delivery Associate plays a vital role in the sales, delivery, and service of refined fuels, propane, and lubricants in the Cape Girardeau area. Reporting to the Whitewater location manager and Energy Marketing Leader, this role ensures that products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow sales of refined fuels, propane, and lubricants in the assigned territory.
• Provide excellent service by performing propane and refined fuel installations and repairs.
• Deliver energy products, including propane, refined fuels, and lubricants, to homes and businesses.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes by replacing outdated propane regulators.
• Maintain detailed records, including service orders and customer signatures.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and adhere to company standards.
• Support agronomy deliveries as needed.
• Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior route delivery or sales experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of energy products with the ability to sell and manage records effectively.
• Valid CDL license with tank and hazmat endorsements; must be insurable.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screenings.
• Completion of CETP training courses is required.
• Demonstrated professional communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
