Perceptyx is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level opportunities. In this role, you’ll position Perceptyx’s solutions to solve business challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—with a focus on value-based, consultative selling.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales development, and customer success teams.

• Negotiate contracts and manage customer agreements to support long-term success.

• Stay informed on industry trends to provide insights and recommendations.

• Track activities and maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools.

What You’ll Bring:

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

• Expertise in consultative, solution-based selling within complex organizations.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.

• Comfortable using CRM systems ( we use Salesforce ) and sales productivity tools.

• Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a scaling environment.

Compensation:

Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The annual salary range for the role is $135,000 - $145,000 plus commission . The above salary range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
