As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate, you will be at the forefront of planning and executing various events for our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their event goals and vision.
  • Provide timely updates on event progress and address client queries and concerns.
  • Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff.
  • Ensure all necessary materials and resources are organized and available on event day.
  • Provide on-site assistance during events, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and addressing any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Assist in coordinating with vendors and external partners to fulfill event requirements.
  • Collect feedback from clients, attendees, and team members for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in compiling post-event reports and insights to evaluate event success.

Requirements:

  • No previous experience required; however, a passion for event planning and coordination is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Quick thinker with problem-solving skills.
