Job Responsibilities:
Proactively search for and engage top talent using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and talent databases.
Develop and execute creative strategies to attract candidates and build a pipeline of qualified applicants.

Maintain and update candidate tracking systems (ATS) with accurate information on candidate status and hiring progress.
Produce regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and other relevant metrics.
