Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Event Promotions Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events, ensuring all activities run smoothly and align with brand goals. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for events, marketing, and client engagement.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and organizing promotional events from concept to completion.
Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and materials preparation.
Support marketing campaigns to promote events through targeted strategies.
Maintain clear communication with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
Monitor event timelines and budgets to ensure compliance.
Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring smooth operations.
Gather feedback and assist in post-event reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.
1+ year of experience in event coordination, promotions, or marketing support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management tools is a plus.
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
