Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a **Quality Assurance Representative** to support F-22 sustainment/maintenance efforts at **JB Elmendorf** in **Anchorage, AK** . The individual will work closely with the F-22 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services. **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the listed location.** **Position Responsibilities:** + Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance. + Performs inspections on aircraft for sustainment/maintenance activities on the F-22 platform + Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures + Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems + Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements + Documents audit results in standard formats + Works under general supervision **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 5+ years of experience in aircraft sustainment + 5+ years fighter aircraft experience + 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR) + Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3) **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Technical data experience + DCMA INST 8210.1C experience + AS9100 Revision D experience + Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
