Great Opportunity to work at a new all seasons resort in Northern Catskills - Wylder Windham Hotel.

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and skilled person to become apart of our pre-opening Front Office Team. Our four season resort will offer 110 hotel rooms, 1 restaurants, 1 Bakery with 20 acres of land alongside the Batavia Kill River, our family-friendly, all-season resort is filled with endless opportunities. This newly reimagined property offers banquet, wedding and event facilities. We are looking for someone who is both willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard and has a desire to produce a first-class experience for our guests. Looking for applicants who are positive, upbeat, team-oriented, and a people person.

Must work weekends, nights, holidays and be flexible with schedule. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work a physical Labor Job.

Job Duties & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• A Hotel Front Desk Agent is a professional who is  responsible for greeting guests in an efficient and courteous manner . As the first face that many see upon arrival, the Hotel Front Desk Agent checks guests in and out of their rooms, distributes room keys, answers questions and processes payments for hotel services.
  
• Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing and recording driver's license number; and operating credit card authorization systems.
  
• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  
• Facilitates correspondence with guests.
  
• Assist guests with concierge services (activities/ things to do/ restaurant recommendations)
• Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
• Manage guest bookings and reservations
• Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Starting at $22 an hour based on experience

**$300 sign on paid out after completing 90 days**
