Job Description

Job Title: Front End Developer

Location: Remote

Senior Vue.js Developer with knowledge in Laravel framework. Will perform new front end and/or back end design/enhancements. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who can identify and resolve issues autonomously and collaboratively at the appropriate times.

Responsibilities

In-depth experience in vue.js and related front-end frameworks
Develop and integrate user-facing elements with reasonable back-end knowledge.
Build efficient, testable, and reusable Vue.js components
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
Integration of data storage solutions
Take ownership of existing build and deployment pipelines
Coordinate and communicate with remote team members in an Agile development environment

Critical Skills And Qualifications

Experience with Vue.js framework
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Vue.js.
Understanding the lifecycle of Vue.js
Understanding the full behavior of PHP
Understanding of MVC (specially Laravel) design patterns
Experience working with Vue.js version 2 and 3
Working knowledge of build tools including maven and npm
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Ability to leverage infrastructure-as-code tooling for repeatable configuration across dev, staging, and production environments
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Understanding of object oriented programming
Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Experience working in a cloud environment such as AWS

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Working knowledge of Docker, Jenkins or similar platforms/ programs
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
Familiarity with limitations of Vue.js as a platform and its workarounds
