What You'll Do:

• Assess and evaluate students' needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance students' ability to participate fully in their school environment.
• Document and report on students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide training and support to staff and parents to foster a supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Maryland.
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
