With such rapid brand growth, our company will take on a new Fortune five-hundred client and implement a strategic plan specifically designed and tailored to increase sales and brand awareness drastically.

The Home Improvement Account Associate experiences day-to-day activities such as acquiring customers directly in-store, problem-solving customers' needs and educating customers on the products/services with professional brand ambassadorship. We are looking to grow the team with a fun-loving person who will embrace our cherished work/family culture. We represent our client's products/services in local retail stores to expand their customer acquisitions by driving sales through face-to-face marketing. We are eager to onboard a Home Improvement Account Associate who is motivated and excited to learn, grow, and help the team reach sales goals. 

Home Improvement Account Associate Responsibilities:

• Inform and demonstrate our products/services to customers to ensure we find the best home improvement solutions to meet their needs
• Problem-solve any of the customer's questions or concerns with our client's products/services and promotions provided through the retail stores
• Collaborate with the team to drive sales lead goals and hold each other accountable for personal growth as well
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and ensuring proper communication with customers and the team
• Input all customer information and home improvement service into our system for the sales team to review and set appointments 
• Ensure every customer is greeted with a smile and treated respectfully 

Home Improvement Account Associate Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED 
• One year of customer service experience, home improvement background, or any sales experience is ideal
• Effective and friendly communication for building customer relationships and expanding our client's consumer base through retail stores
• Eagerness to drive sales and to problem-solve with the team and independently 
• Professional and friendly attitude
• Strong communication and consultative selling abilities
