*Location: Remote (Work-from-Home), United States (Only applicants residing in the United States will be considered)*

*Job Summary*

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote HR Generalist to join our HR team. As an entry-level position, this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

*Responsibilities*

1. *HR Administration*: Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and responding to employee inquiries.

2. *Recruitment Support*: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and assisting with onboarding new employees.

3. *Employee Relations*: Provide support with employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating employee communications.

4. *Benefits Administration*: Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, benefits communications, and employee benefits inquiries.

5. *Compliance*: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

6. *Reporting and Analytics*: Assist with HR reporting and analytics, including data analysis and presentation.

7. *Special Projects*: Participate in special HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR process improvements.

*Requirements*

1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. *Experience*: 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.

3. *Skills*:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Proficiency in HR software, such as Workday, BambooHR, or ADP.

- Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

4. *Certifications*: SHRM-CP, PHR, or HRCI certification preferred.
