- Administer, enhance, and support HR systems, focusing on Workday and Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) systems. This role serves as the technical point of contact for system maintenance and configuration, ensuring data integrity, system testing, reporting, and process improvements.
- Manage time clock ( time and attendance ) infrastructure
- Configure and maintain Time & Labor modules
- Design and implement standard operating procedures for HR Technology team
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :
- Hands-on experience with time clock / attendance setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
