We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Intervention Specialist to join a supportive and dynamic educational team for the remainder of the school year. This fully remote position allows you to provide crucial support to middle school students with mild to moderate disabilities. With the convenience of working from home, you will receive all the necessary technology, training, and ongoing support to help you succeed in this role.

Position Overview:

Hours: 20 hours per week
Grade Level: Middle School
Special Education Focus: Mild to moderate disabilities
Work Location: Fully remote
Contract Duration: Likely to extend through the 2024/2025 school year

Key Responsibilities:

Review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and create tailored intervention strategies to meet the unique needs of assigned students.
Focus on students below grade level and develop appropriate modifications to enhance their learning experience.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to track student progress and ensure consistent support across the curriculum.
Provide targeted support in areas including Writing Prompts, Reading Comprehension, and Behavioral Modification.
Offer flexible working hours to meet the needs of both students and teachers, ensuring optimal learning outcomes.
