Inventory Administrator
Location : Onsite | Raleigh, NC
Pay: $17–$19/hour BOE
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
ROLE IMPACT
This Inventory Administrator role ensures uninterrupted pharmacy operations by managing supply logistics, coordinating restocks, and responding quickly to recalls and expiring inventory. Your work directly supports patient safety, medication availability, and team efficiency across the pharmacy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with staff to identify low-stock or out-of-stock (OOS) items
• Order pharmacy medications and supplies using vendors like ABC, Amazon, Staples, McKesson
• Receive, verify, and stock deliveries into the pharmacy system (e.g., ABC)
• Conduct routine cycle counts and flag items expiring within a 60-day window
• Execute corporate drug recalls and handle applicable product returns
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Moderate to advanced pharmacy technician experience (retail setting preferred: CVS, Walgreens, etc.)
• Experience in medication and supply purchasing and restocking
• NC BOP technician license (preferred; board certification not required)
• Proficient in communication and team coordination
