Job Description

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our growing team! This is a fully remote position based in North America, where you'll collaborate with dynamic internet, software, and disruptive consumer companies to support mergers, acquisitions, and financing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to execute M&A and financing transactions.
- Prepare detailed marketing materials and financial models to support transaction processes.
- Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis to provide valuable insights.
- Perform comprehensive valuation analyses to guide decision-making.
- Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet client needs and project milestones.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- At least two years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or Big 4 transaction services (degree must be completed).
- Previous M&A or internship experience is highly preferred.
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling marketing documents and presentations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Passionate about finance, investment banking, and the e-commerce space.
