Hourly Pay: $28–$35/hour based on experience and certifications
Sign-On Bonus: Offered for the right candidate
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM minimum
Overtime: Time and a half for hours over 40 per week
Full-Time: 40+ hours/week guaranteed

Location: Based in Frankfort, Indiana, servicing job sites throughout the state

Lead & Manage: Oversee field operations, assign tasks, and manage crews on petroleum infrastructure projects
Project Execution: Run end-to-end UST (Underground Storage Tank) installation, decommissioning, and cathodic protection jobs
Problem-Solve On-Site: Make decisions, handle materials, and coordinate with customers and inspectors
Stay Compliant: Ensure safety and environmental regulations are met across all job sites
Travel Within Indiana: Daily travel to project locations throughout the state

Certifications: Valid ICC State Certifications—U1, U2, U4
U1: UST Installation & Retrofitting

Experience: 3–5 years in petroleum field services or related trades
Education: High school coursework or equivalent
Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Leadership: Experience running crews and managing job sites
