Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Leadership Development Associate to join our team. This role is designed for individuals eager to grow into future leadership roles within our organization. You will work closely with senior leaders, participate in strategic projects, and receive hands-on training across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
Support departmental leaders in executing strategic initiatives
Collaborate on cross-functional projects involving property development, marketing, and client relations
Analyze business metrics and propose improvements
Participate in workshops, team meetings, and leadership training sessions
Shadow managers and participate in mentorship programs
Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership
Contribute to the company’s culture of growth and innovation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or related field
1–3 years of professional experience (internships and entry-level roles included)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven leadership potential and a desire to grow professionally
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
High level of initiative and a team-first mindset
