Position Overview

• Civil litigation experience
• Coastal Los Angeles
• Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
• Competitive Salary with bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Help with civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice and personal injury cases
• Strong calendaring skills and knowledge of court filing deadlines and procedures
• Compilation and filing of Motions (including Summary Judgment), and all civil litigation pleadings
• Highly motivated, conscientious, detail-oriented, self-starter

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with:

• Proficiency in Word, WordPerfect, Outlook, Adobe, and Lexis Hot Docs
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Typing speed of at least 70 wpm
• Experience with transcription and phone etiquette
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
